We are bespoke and Custom team wear company and all orders made on-demand. All custom special orders will not be refunded or exchanged. Due to the bespoke nature of the orders, a non-refundable pre-payment is required. Orders must be submitted and confirmed by email. Production will only start once payment is received.

All personalised orders are made bespoke to order. Expected delivery times will vary based on demand, complexity and quantity of order. We ask to allow upto 18 -21 working day or 4 weeks from commission to delivery. We aim for smaller orders to be complete within 12 working days.
